Network Marketing - Why did the network marketer cross the road? LottoMagicZ4941 - Jan 31, 2005 - 02:53 PM Post subject: Why did the network marketer cross the road?
S/he heard there was a downline on the other side.
Seriously I once heard that 80% of the network marketers were women.
Anyone know the current percentage?

LOL - that was pretty funny.
I don't know the current figure but not long ago I saw a number and women definitely outnumbered men by quite a bit. However, most of them that I know or see at forums are men... weird huh?

I'm a woman and in network marketing. I don't know the numbers either. In my particular company there is a lot of couples that work together. Depending on the strengths and weakness-either the woman takes on the marketing and the husband does the calling or visa-versa. Sometimes they do both. In my case, my husband has is own "career" (I think it's more of a control issue . . .) and I work the business by myself. He does, however, participate in the trips and "rewards" (ie, increased income, etc).
The beauty of network marketing is anyone can do it. We have people from all walks of life and all backgrouds. The main thing is that they have their life back and can set up a business at a much lower cost than a franchise with overhead, employees, hours, rush hour, and headaches.
To each their own! That's the beauty freedom!!!!

That's a pretty good one. I'll have to remember that one. I can't say that I'm totally surprised that most NMers are women. But I am a bit surprised that the numbers are that high.

From my experience - about 10 years in this industry, the wives find the business, they work hard to build downline and earn the income and get into profit and once there is profit you then see the husbands jumping on the band wagon. This also comes from my own personal experience

Its a cute joke and It's a true statement too. Most of the Internet Marketers I know, would cross that road if they thought a downline was on the other side.
As for men vs women, I have no idea what the percentage is. However it would not surprise me, if the higher percentage are women that are in Internet Marketing.
To Your Success,
Les

I think t o promote certain products like dating sites, or porn video sites, women character suit best rahter than man ... so in that way some man also create dummy account for women

That's right women are good at establishing a relationship and this is their natural tendency. So, that's the reason that the network marketing has been working well for them and thus more and more women are joining in. Moreover, you can also have it executed in a proper manner just by sitting at home.
