Surveys are a great way to make extra money. I have the Top 6 on my directory website and get emails all the time from people who are making the extra cash they need.

Surveys seem to be more for entertainment. I haven't really made any money doing them. |

I have been doing surveys for a long time. I belong to a number of sites. Greenfield, Surveyspot, Your2cents and several others. I have been paid enough to keep my ebay shopping going. I get products to test in my home. As far as getting cash, over the years I have gotten a few hundred dollars. Then add the products, gift cards, and it adds up. I have not gotten rich, but that $20.00 check here and there, an extra $5 or $10 in my paypal makes it nice. I would never pay for a list of survey sites, since I know most of them, and can spot the scam ones for a mile. The sites that want you to sign up for "30 Day Free Trial" of junk are just that, junk. The only one of those I belong to is MyPoints. That one I cash out in a few times a year, which isn't bad concidering I seldom sign up for anything.
Good luck with the survey hunting. It just brings in a little, but these days, every little bit helps.

I have joined many lists. The only sites that have actually sent me cash were ACOP (Amenican Consumer Opinion Group) and Pine Cone reasearch. |

I am new here. I would to know if making money purely doing surveys is a good use of one's talent.
Perhaps 3-5 surveys. Hundreds and I'll go nuts!!!!  |

Well if you don't know anyone who has been paid to do surveys, allow me to introduce myself...  Because I most certainly do. A slow month for me brings in at least $200 and a great month can be $500 (meaning I probably got some online focus groups, test products or interactives like I did last month.)
So it can be done. |
