I have been doing surveys for pineconeresearch.com for a couple of years. I only average $10 or $15 dollars per month, but I do get to try/test great new products from home along with the money. I'm not at liberty to specify what products per the agreement, but it's like my birthday every month or two when I receive something.

They pay for online surveys as well as product testing, $5 dollars each. PineconeResearch is by invitation only. Check out the website. If they are accepting signups, do it. Of course, your demographic information will determine your acceptance. It depends upon their needs at the time. If you match their needs, you will receive an invitation to join.

Hope this helps!

I, personally, have never made any money with surveys, but that does not mean much. I do know people who are making quite a bit, and also a few who make a few bucks here and there, but nothing special. I guess it is a good idea to start a business and do surveys on the side.

I have made $2 here $3 there doing surveys but nothing substantial or on a regular basis. Most of the surveys you get entered in drawings or receive points to cash in for prizes but takes forever to rack the points up.

This is true...usually the people who make really good money are earning by referring others to the program (on top of doing the surveys-- which isn't going to make anybody rich). So, people who have websites with a decent amount of targeted traffic can generate alot more this way.

I make about $400- $700 a month doing surveys, but I put a lot of time and energy into them. There's a free list offered here
http://dollarfriend.com/forum/index.php?refer=Alicia

There are also new paid surveys posted all the time.

I just got paid for doing surveys. This is for real.

But there is no need to pay anybody.

I got everything I needed from www.yellowsurveys.com for free.

I think that article hits it right on. That information is very honest and is exactly my experience with survey sites.

I think I might repost that on my site as well.

Surveys are a bad way to make money on the web! You may make a few bucks but you wont make a living like all the survey sites promise. Once you sign up you get a list of companies to sign up with. This can be anywhere from 500 to a 1000. They tell you to sign up to 200 to 300 on the list. Once signed up your meant to get survey requests sent to your email address. About 5% of all the requests you get will be for actual surveys the rest will be programmes and adverts. Basicly youll get spammed into the next life:)

In general and from my experience I entered for and did surveys for many company's for months:

I never won a thing or got paid a penny.

If anyone is planning on wasting their time doing this: this my advice is you are doing just that ie wasting your time.
If you like the keyboard and wasting your time your in the right place.

Consider the work involved and the input you give the whole thing is a rip off and a bit of a con.

Consider yourselves slave labour.

There are good Companies out there to work for, RESEARCH and find yourself a good fit.
