What do you think, what SEO is art or science?
How do you do it yourself or if I hire the consultant (how much for him)?

I think SEO is art and science both. It's an art of how you present your site to Search engines and it science how you build links for it. |

Well, it is both art and science. By science, SEO expert of this form is able to scientifically decide how many keywords fit, where they go and how the completed project will look. They have a challenging method for developing their functions and all functions satisfies into that design. They are able to cut to the pursuit and get their functions done without being user-friendly. |
