I submitted one of my sites to yahoo site explorer about a month ago. It has found 50+ inlinks, but it still only shows my homepage. All the other sites I submit it shows all of the sub-pages.

What is the reason there are no sub-pages showing up for one of my sites? Also, will this hurt my serps?
