Reciprocal link exchange is a great way to build (Search Engine) traffic. 90% of the most popular Search Engines use link popularity system to rank web sites. Thats why we opened special "Link Exchanges" forum - in order to support webmasters find quality and targetted link exchange partners.
Still, there is one rule to follow in order to exchange links easily and painless:
Please CATEGORIZE and DESCRIBE your link exchange request!
How to do it?
1) First of all, please include type of your web site in the subject line. (Having the info in the subject saves a lot of time! It also encourages
related link exchanges - its better to serve relevant links so that people are more likely to following them, isnt it?)
2) Post ONLY one topic per site - all duplicated request will be removed immediately, without any notice to the author!
3) Include following informations in your message body:
- link title [try to include your best keywords in the title rather than web site name]
- link URL
- link description
- link location (URL of a page where you serve partner links) and its PageRank [Download Google Toolbar in order to check PageRank value, or use Google Ranking Report in the case that you do not have ability to install & use Google Toolbar]
- Eventually, put HTML code which includes first three items listed above - it may help webmasters add your link easier that making it manually.
- Dont forget to put contact info, if needed.
