Dear friends,
We have built a forum website on immigration: http://www.immigrationforum.com
Up to now:
1)We have submitted in some famous directories.
2)Doing link exchange with related sites.
3)Providing back links to our site.
Our questions are:
1) How to get traffic to immigration forum website?
2) How to get good SERP's for this forum site?
Let us know how we can improve this immigration forum.

I would say submit some press releases telling about the forum and why people should visit.
Also write and submit articles about topics discussed in the forum and have a link back to your forum in the signature.
Maybe go to related forums and provide help to people with a link to your forum in your signature. They will begin to notice how much you contribute and will want to join your forum as well. |

You can also do press release and article submission I guess that was a good idea for a new websites to get traffic and backlinks. |
