E-mail Marketing When starting any kind of business it is best to heed the warnings of those more experienced then yourself. Network Marketing is no different then any other type of business in that respect.

Avoiding the common pitfalls that make people fail as Network Marketers can lead to you standing the test of time and most importantly you will not be included as o­ne of the 97% of Network Marketing Business’s that fail. Be sure to avoid the following 5 mistakes when getting started in Network Marketing.

1.     Rushing to Judgment: It is the American way to want instant gratification no matter how unrealistic it might be. People often become frustrated with the Network Marketing industry because they don’t receive the results they want fast enough. They do not take time to let their marketing systems become developed before making quick snap shot evaluations of their progress. Sure everyone wants to be profitable right away, but those who trust their systems and are confident in their abilities will ride the wave of success for a lot longer then those who do not.

2.     Time Management: Make sure you are giving yourself the chance to succeed in the Network Marketing business by at least allocating time to it. Making a daily schedule of how much time to devote to different aspects of your life might seem childish but it will help keep you o­n track. Avoid distractions that will not o­nly take way from your productivity but that are bad for business. Remember this TIME = MONEY. Think of every second you waste as money lost.

3.     Educate Yourself: Before becoming involved and investing time and money to a Network Marketing business, educate yourself o­n all aspects of the business. I am pretty sure a stockbroker educates himself o­n the markets and business as a whole before he starts his career so why wouldn’t you do the same with your business? Read books, magazines, and internet pages that will tell you the no holds barred truth about what you are getting yourself into. After going though that process you will see if Network Marketing is for you or if its o­n to the next opportunity.

4.     Do NOT Quit Your Job: Network Marketing can eventually become a career but not right away. That is putting more pressure o­n the success of the business right out of the gate which most of the time leads to the owner making rash, uneducated decisions that often lead to the business going down the toilet. Not to mention the fact that like with every other business it takes time before a Network Marketing business turns a profit. What will you do for money until then? Do not get me wrong this industry can provide o­ne with a lifestyle most o­nly dream of, but having unrealistic expectations of success right away can cripple your business before it starts.

Good Luck in your first Network Marketing venture. Coming from experience if you can curtail what is these mistakes mentioned above, it will improve your chances of success ten fold. This business can be a real money maker, that is no lie but the proper system, mentalities, attitudes, and outlooks must be in place to achieve great success.
